Uma recente medida do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a (CNJ) est\u00e1 prestes a transformar o cen\u00e1rio das transa\u00e7\u00f5es imobili\u00e1rias no Brasil. O Provimento 161, que entrou em vigor em maio deste ano, visa aumentar a transpar\u00eancia e reduzir significativamente as possibilidades de fraudes nas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es de compra e venda de im\u00f3veis.
