O Brasil est\u00e1 prestes a testemunhar uma transforma\u00e7\u00e3o significativa no setor imobili\u00e1rio, gra\u00e7as \u00e0 medida provis\u00f3ria (MP) que est\u00e1 sendo implementada pelo presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva. Essa MP tem como objetivo principal utilizar a Emgea (Empresa Gestora de Ativos) para alavancar o cr\u00e9dito imobili\u00e1rio, conforme prometido pelo ministro da Fazenda, Fernando Haddad.
